Lakewood Vineyard Church is led by a team of staff and volunteer leaders who serve together to bring the Kingdom of God into everyday life. As a Spirit-led community, we seek to lead with love, depend on the Holy Spirit, and help people experience healing, freedom, and new life in Jesus.
Each area of leadership has a distinct role, working together to care for our church, discern direction, and steward the life of our community.
Led by the Lead Pastor, they help carry vision into action, equip leaders, and support the life of the community so that people can grow in the power of the Holy Spirit, live in authentic community, and walk in truth.
They serve on the front lines of ministry, creating spaces where people can belong, grow, and experience the love of Jesus in community.
They are responsible for prayer, discernment, and guiding the overall direction of Lakewood Vineyard Church, including matters of doctrine, teaching, and ministry. Elders also provide spiritual oversight and care for the church, its leaders, and its staff as we follow the leading of the Holy Spirit.
They are responsible for stewarding resources with wisdom and integrity, ensuring accountability, and supporting the long-term sustainability of Lakewood Vineyard Church’s mission.
